Parental Rights in Special Education

Parents play an essential role in planning for their child’s future. It is important

that we work together as a team to ensure students’ needs are met. Throughout

the identification, referral and evaluation process, we follow the procedures

found in New Jersey Administrative Code (NJAC 6A: 14) found below.
